This heavy duty cardboard production project will recycle paper waste for the production of cardboard. The families selected for this project will collect the paper waste, sort it out and treat it using simple proven recycling methods. The work includes removing impurities, fermenting and drying paper pulp in the form of cardboard sheets, which will be used for the production of cardboard egg trays and other products. The project’s wastepaper collection will be handled by 15 families while the operation side of the project will be done by 5 workers.
Rewell Society launches its projects on proven concepts; they are simple and easy to set up; they build on local knowledge and skills and require little funding to start. Your donations will provide underprivileged Jordanian families the opportunity to generate income and expand their skills.
