Amman - Abu Nsair
Embroidery on clothing is a core part of Jordanian cultural identity, reflecting the diversity of regions and their motifs. This project revives that heritage by training women to produce embroidered garments and modern textile pieces.
A parallel wool-felting line creates art panels, garments, and household items such as cushion covers and table runners. The unit also serves as a specialized training hub, preparing women either to join the project or start independent ventures.
Rewell Society launches its projects on proven concepts; they are simple and easy to set up; they build on local knowledge and skills and require little funding to start. Your donations will provide underprivileged Jordanian families the opportunity to generate income and expand their skills.
